* Sevier Park, just down the street, is a great stroll and an active park
* Your hosts live directly above you and office next to you. They're lovely people.
* Parking is either on the street or in the short driveway by the gate
* Please enjoy the garden space
* Dryer is European - the water tank on the upper left must have the moisture dumped after EACH use. Simply pull the screen out and dump in the toilet.
*Please avoid blocking the air vents in the freezer to ensure proper airflow — this helps prevent ice buildup and keeps the fridge running efficiently.
*Remove the water holder from the dryer on the top left corner and empty it in the toilets after each use.
*Please only use liquid laundry detergent like the one provided - no pods, no powder - it goes in the left compartment.
REMINDER: For your safety and peace of mind, please avoid leaving any personal belongings in your car during your stay. Unfortunately, Nashville has seen an increase in car break-ins, and we want to ensure your items are kept secure. Thank you for your understanding!
Amenities
* Charcoal BBQ located inside the screened in porch. Please take it outside to use it.
* Small garbage cans located in the screened in porch. Follow the path to the gate by the jacuzzi for larger trash disposal
* Jacuzzi is always on. Flip the top cover back and off and hit the temp and jets to get things heated up (102-103 is recommended temp). Don't worry about the water being slightly below the jets, it will rise when you get in.
* We provide a set of amenities including trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and tea per reservation, and do not replenish the amenities during your stay
* Smart locks allow for self-check-in
* Add-ons available upon request (early check-in, late checkout, baby packages - just check your guest portal)

Take trash out to bins down the path and out the gate.

Log out of all personal streaming accounts
The following items are OPTIONAL but would be highly appreciated by our staff:
Please start a load of towels
Please place all dirty/used dishes and glassware in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
Please keep black makeup towels separate from white linens to avoid staining.
LOST & FOUND: if we find a personal belonging in the property after you leave, we will keep it for 2 weeks and then donate it. Humming Host cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. If you think you left something behind, please give us a call!
DONATION: any food or drink leftover will be either donated or composted. If you'd like to donate clothes, shoes, and/or accessories, you can leave them in a tote bag on your kitchen counter, and we will donate them for you. Feel free to inform your host as well.

Sustainability Practices
Reusable K-cups: We have reusable coffee filter cups in the units along with our fav local coffee, Honest Coffee.
Eco-Friendly amenities: We provide dishwasher pods and laundry pods to reduce plastic waste, and all of our paper products are 100% recycled. We also provide black reusable makeup towels in the bathroom cabinets (just add water!). We provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that we buy in bulk and refill to reduce our plastic waste.
Want to Donate? We accept unopened food and drinks (even alcohol), unopened cosmetics and toiletries, as well as new or gently used clothes, shoes, and accessories. The donations can be left on the kitchen counter! Please inform your host what you are donating. If you're unsure about whether or not something can be donated, please feel free to reach out.
