IMPORTANT NOTE: For security reasons, the front door of your unit must remain closed at ALL TIMES, especially when cooking, to avoid triggering the building’s fire alarm system. If the building’s fire alarm system is triggered, the entire building will be forced to evacuate and YOU WILL BE FINED by the fire department for a false alarm. Please open the BALCONY doors instead.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM THROWING OBJECTS OVER THE BALCONY: it is forbidden to litter or throw anything over the balcony.

We provide a set of amenities including trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and tea per reservation, and do not replenish the amenities during your stay

Please start a load of towels
Please place all dirty/used dishes and glassware in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher on the 1-hr cycle.
LOST & FOUND: if we find a personal belonging in the property after you leave, we will keep it for 2 weeks and then donate it. Humming Host cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. If you think you left something behind, please give us a call!
DONATION: any food or drink leftover will be either donated or composted. If you'd like to donate clothes, shoes, and/or accessories, you can leave them in a tote bag on your kitchen counter, and we will donate them for you. Feel free to inform your host as well.

Sustainability Practices
Reusable K-cups: We have reusable coffee filter cups in the units along with our fav local coffee, Honest Coffee.
Eco-Friendly amenities: We provide dishwasher pods and laundry pods to reduce plastic waste, and all of our paper products are 100% recycled. We also provide black reusable makeup towels in the bathroom cabinets (just add water!). We provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that we buy in bulk and refill to reduce our plastic waste.
Recycling: You may leave your recyclables in the blue bags provided under the sink.
Compost: You can find a compost bin on the kitchen counter. Feel free to place your food scraps here.
Want to Donate? We accept unopened food and drinks (even alcohol), unopened cosmetics and toiletries, as well as new or gently used clothes, shoes, and accessories. The donations can be left on the kitchen counter! Please inform your host what you are donating. If you're unsure about whether or not something can be donated, please feel free to reach out.
