Your spacious retreat includes:
Private entrance
Modern bathroom with stand-alone tub and large shower
In-unit laundry
Full-size bed with Smart TV
Farm-style kitchen with dining area, fully equipped for home cooking
Comfortable living room with sleeper sofa (accommodates up to 4 guests)
Important Info:
String lights are on a timer.
The greenhouse is not accessible.
Landscaping service may arrive during your stay (outside only, won’t access the house).
Free street parking is available anywhere on the street.
Outdoor cameras and thermostats are managed by the owner (guests don’t have access).
We don’t provide pool towels for the spa.
The front door has a smart lock – this is the only lock to use when leaving. Please don’t lock yourself out by locking the lower handle!
Board games are available.
Extra linens for the sleeper sofa can be found inside the sofa.
The stools at the kitchen counter are tricky to use – a sign will be provided for guidance.
Trash & Recycling:
Trash day is Friday; recycling pickup is every other week
Recycling accepted: cans, plastic bottles, cardboard, paper
Not accepted: plastic bags, food, glass
Bins are located in the alley on the right side of the house when facing from 11th Ave

Fire pit (wood in greenhouse needs to be chopped to be used in the firepit)
Instructions for operating the adjustable stool:
Locate the ring at the bottom of the tool.
Place your foot on the ring to unlock the stool.
Push the tool down to the very end.
Push one more time to lock it in place.
To raise the tool, push it up to your desired level.
Once at the desired level, you are done.
*There is a lock for each grey bike with the same combination code 7468
Checkout
Take trash out to bins
Turn off all of the lights
Log out of all personal streaming accounts
The following items are OPTIONAL but would be highly appreciated by our staff:
Please start a load of towels
Please place all dirty/used dishes and glassware in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
Please keep black makeup towels separate from white linens to avoid staining.
LOST & FOUND: if we find a personal belonging in the property after you leave, we will keep it for 2 weeks and then donate it. Humming Host cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. If you think you left something behind, please give us a call!
DONATION: any food or drink leftover will be either donated or composted. If you'd like to donate clothes, shoes, and/or accessories, you can leave them in a tote bag on your kitchen counter, and we will donate them for you. Feel free to inform your host as well.

Sustainability Practices
Recycling available for guests
Eco-Friendly amenities: We provide dishwasher pods and laundry pods to reduce plastic waste, and all of our paper products are 100% recycled. We also provide black reusable makeup towels in the bathroom cabinets (just add water!). We provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that we buy in bulk and refill to reduce our plastic waste.
Want to Donate? We accept unopened food and drinks (even alcohol), unopened cosmetics and toiletries, as well as new or gently used clothes, shoes, and accessories. The donations can be left on the kitchen counter! Please inform your host what you are donating. If you're unsure about whether or not something can be donated, please feel free to reach out.
