Our Thoughtful Stay Program sits at the heart of how we operate, and is the collection of decisions (some visible to guests, some not) that add up to a stay that feels looked after.
The program covers six areas: local sourcing, waste reduction, sustainable amenities, community giveback, curated local culture, and guest convenience. And we run this across every property we manage, as part of how we set our standard.

Low-waste amenities
Our in-property toiletries are refillable, unscented, and cruelty-free. Chosen as much for what they don't contain as what they do, they're designed to be gentle on guests and low-impact by design.
Thoughtful linen care
We provide reusable makeup removal towels in place of disposable cotton pads. A detail most guests appreciate and one that meaningfully extends the life of our bath linen, keeping the property in better condition for longer.
Local perks
Through our local business partnerships, guests receive exclusive recommendations and promotional codes delivered directly in their digital boarding pass. This is a genuinely considered set of places we know and trust in Nashville.
Locally sourced coffee
We stock every property with coffee from Honest Coffee: a Nashville-based roaster. Paired with reusable K-cups to cut down on single-use waste. Allowing guests to support local businesses as they start their day.
Give back with us
Each property includes a cotton donation bag, clearly labelled and positioned in the kitchen. Guests can leave behind clothing, accessories, or unopened non-perishable items, and we'll deliver them directly to the local Rescue Mission. Connecting guests to Nashville's community.
Curated Nashville soundtrack
Every property includes a QR-linked playlist built around local artists, indie country, and Nashville-specific music. All tracks are hand-selected by us, to help make the city even more present in a guests' stay.
