Why they chose Humming Host.
I chose Humming Host because Melissa was very professional. She was thoughtful and just wanted to do as much sustainability as she could and just gave the extra touch. I went to stay at one of their places to see how they ran it, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the professional attitude, the little treats, and felt that it was a good choice.
Onboarding
With the onboarding, we had a wonderful designer that Melissa got me in contact with, and getting the proper permits was very easy as she got us the people for that too.
The place turned out really great. We worked with the designer, and even Melissa helped me find a good mattress and other comfortable things. It was a very easy transition, and the property is really lovely, and I love going to visit.

Performance
The results since partnering.
I find that partnering with Humming Host, I really trust that they are going to keep it clean, that they're going to change filters and do the things that are necessary to keep it in good shape while I'm so far away. And I find that they are very creative in how they can bring income and come up great problem solving, great ideas, as well as being excellent at keeping me in touch with how my property's doing financially. Everything is efficient. The way they help us come up with ideas is excellent. When I go there, it's just beautiful. They’ve got it clean. There are little treats. They've got coffee and a little something from Nashville for people. They treat guests with respect and the performance is good. Even with the changing times, they've gotten creative. They're finding new ways to present it or to get the best out of it.
Communication
Communication you can count on.
Their communication is awesome. I've been there from the beginning, and Melissa would always respond to my texts very quickly. And now that it's grown, her staff are very attentive. They come up with good ideas, they respond to me whenever there's an issue or whenever I have questions. They're right there for me, and I do appreciate that very much.
Impact
What this partnership has meant.
I really enjoy Nashville, and I enjoy going to visit. And I just sit in my condo and look around, and it's just clean. It's comfortable. It's just a great little space and Humming Host takes good care of it and makes sure that I have some revenue to keep it going. So I would highly recommend Humming Host and Melissa and her team, and I look forward to continuing this great partnership.
